He is specialized in organizational design, talent strategy, work & career architecture, total reward and strategic workforce planning.

He worked on projects across the companies in areas which covers such as improving total rewarding policies, organizational design, job evaluation, leadership development, talent management practices, workforce planning.

His work in the financial services market brings a well rooted network and strong affinity with the challenges in this industry. He advised executives and HR teams on current challenges in the industry like digitization and  reskilling & upskilling of the workforce.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Kerim served as a project manager for the People Advisory Services of a Big-4 firm. Before this role he worked and lived in Istanbul for Hay Group Consulting for 7 years.

Kerim is a Turkish national and graduated from  Boğaziçi University in Mechanical Engineering. He is a native Turkish speaker and fluent in English.
