Clients and candidates value her consultative approach. Kerri joined Korn Ferry with an extensive legal background to include legal operations at several law firms, worked with Zurich Insurance Company for in-house legal operations, and has worked as a National Director for Legal Resource Management. Kerri’s background includes being a legal consultant and has worked with the top AmLaw firms from New York to California. She has been invited by legal organizations to travel and speak nationally on work collaborating with firms across the country, implementing process improvements, eradicating operational redundancies, and driving profits. Always looking to give back to the community Kerri has been active for decades with the Red Cross as a disaster action volunteer and has served at both national and regional disasters.

She has been very active with the Association of Legal Administrators and is active with her local Rotary club. Kerri has her Yellow Belt in Project Management and Process Improvement from the Legal Lean Institute.  She is a magna cum laude graduate with her MBA from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia with a concentration in Organizational Management and Leadership and holds her B.S. from Johnson & Wales University, Providence, Rhode Island in business management. Kerri and her husband love their two English Goldendoodles, Jacques and Pierre. She resides in Atlanta and spends her weekends in the North Georgia Mountains, hiking and exploring the local wineries. Kerri enjoys cooking and entertaining, trying new restaurants and travelling. She is always on the lookout for a perfectly crafted French 75.
