Kevin works with client organizations to identify talent solutions that help them realize their strategic and operational goals. By developing and fostering strong client relationships, he has become a trusted advisor to the clients and organizations he serves. His diverse career spans corporate finance, management consulting, information technology, and client service, and enables him to view situations and client needs through multiple lenses leading to fuller, more highly aligned solutions.

He believes strong collaboration, a willingness to listen, and a desire to seek to understand, makes work fun and produces great, mutually beneficial results.

Prior to joining Patina, Kevin served as a Regional Director at a global consulting firm overseeing a Midwest practice group. Kevin has also served in client service, account management, and project management/delivery roles for various management consulting and professional services firms. He started his career in corporate finance and served as a Finance Director for a leading global travel and rent-a car-company.

Kevin holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA from DePaul University. He has been active within his community, volunteering at DuPage Pads and Reclaim13. He also coaches and servers on boards for various youth sports organizations.
