Business Development Director, HR Practice

Kevin brings 30 years as an HR and Talent strategist to his role as a Business Development Director in Korn Ferry’s Interim HR practice.

Kevin spent his career partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies imperative to achieving positive business outcomes. His broad HR experience gives him a unique perspective that not only helps clients find the right resource for their HR needs, but also ensures interim talent find meaningful work that utilizes their strengths.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Kevin held various HR leader roles specializing in Strategic Business Partnership, Talent Management, Employee Engagement & Communications and additional HR functions at companies including GATX, Tribune Company, The Baltimore Sun and the Los Angeles Times.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa. He achieved the Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR) certification while leading international expansion people efforts in India, Russia and China, at a previous organization.

Kevin is passionate about his community and volunteers at the Elmhurst Food Pantry, Make-A-Wish of Illinois and the Shedd Aquarium. He and his dog also volunteer at the Hinsdale Humane Society.
