Principal, Advisory – Assessment & Succession

As a member of the Korn Ferry Assessment and Succession Advisory team in North America, Ms. Miller helps assess internal and external talent with consistency and speed using science, research and KF’s decades of search and development experience. The outcome of her work will inform talent selection, promotion and development decisions.

With over 20 years of assessment experience in healthcare as a clinical psychologist/ neuropsychologist and in executive search, Ms. Miller translates assessment data for clients and candidates in a way that is meaningful and actionable.

She specializes in administration and interpretation of KF4D assessments, 360 interviews, and simulation-based assessments to help organizations and candidates realize their full potential. With empathy and understanding, she delivers the message in a way that resonates with clients. 

In her previous role at Korn Ferry, Ms. Miller was a Senior Manager in the Search Assessment Practice in Executive Search. Working across a variety of industries, including, healthcare, life sciences, consumer, and finance, she has interpreted several hundred assessments for hiring managers and C-suite executives and provided coaching to senior executives, helping them develop a clearer picture of their strengths and opportunities for development.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2012, she was an Assistant Director of Hospitals at Kings County Hospital Center, serving as the Director of Neuropsychological Services and  Adult Externship Training.

Ms. Miller earned a B.A degree in marketing from Hofstra University and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from St. John’s University. She completed her post-doctoral training at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and has taught psychology courses at St. John’s University and currently teaches at Farmingdale State College.
