With her impressive 15+ year career as an Executive Recruiter working for staffing, consulting and public accounting firms, Kim has built long-term partnerships with her clients and candidates with her caring and consultative approach. She enjoys making a difference in someone’s life by improving careers paths and helping with crucial projects that improve the bottom line.

Kim started her career in the industry as an Accounting and Finance Direct Hire Recruiter before moving into her niche in the Interim Space, focused on staffing large consulting projects. Throughout her career, Kim has won numerous awards and been recognized as a top Executive Recruiter. 

Additionally, Kim gained experience as a Senior Manager in Advisory Services for a Big-6 Public Accounting firm, focusing on Interim solutions for clients in a multitude of industries including private equity, hedge funds, manufacturing, commercial real estate investments, oil and gas and energy.

Kim graduated from the University of Utah located in Salt Lake City with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communications.
