He specializes in Organization Strategy (OS) and Total Rewards (TR) – Talent management, Performance management, Culture transformation and Compensation management.

Mr. Ko has not only various consulting experience but also industry experience over the past 20 years specialized in Finance and other industries. Mr. Ko works with clients to help and improve their organization & HR effectiveness through HR strategy, organizational design, performance system redesign, total reward management  and culture transformation through in-depth analysis.

He has worked with clients in Finance and other industries. His major clients include Finance companies - KB Finance Holdings, KB Kookmin Bank, KB General Insurance, Shinhan Bank, Shinhan Securities, Shinhan REIT’s management, Hana Finance Holdings, Hana Finance Investment, NH Securities, Mirae Asset Management, Citi Bank, Korea Industrial Bank, Mastern Investment Management, Kbank. He also experienced other industries – SK, LG, HMC, CJ, KT and so on.

Mr. Ko holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Seoul National University.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Ko was a project leader in MERCER, Deloitte and Accenture. He also led Global HR in CJ for 2 years.
