As a Managing Consultant, Kunal Chadha is responsible for the growth of the Life Sciences Market, within Korn Ferry’s Professional Search division.
Prior to joining the Korn Ferry team, Mr. Chadha was at a boutique search firm specializing in Life Sciences and Healthcare.
Kunal has extensive industry knowledge in the Life Science market, with a specialization in Biotechnology, MedTech and Medical Devices. He previously led the Talent Acquisition function for The George Washington University, Human Genome Sciences (Now GSK), Celera Genomics and consulted for Booz Allen Hamilton.
Over the course of his career, Kunal has developed a specialization in various aspects of the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. These include Full Commercial Builds, R&D, Senior Management, Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Development. His track record includes successfully completing assignments for Vice President Regulatory Affairs, Vice President Advanced Analytics, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Vice President Medical Affairs and Vice President Customer Success, among others.
