Lakna partners with organizations from a range of sectors, both from public & private sectors in the Middle East region, predominately from the financial, real-estate, energy, utilities, logistics and transportation services markets, providing expertise in job analysis, job evaluation, job family modelling, HR policy development and various other critical aspects of work measurement and organizational development.
She has been an integral part / module lead for major integration, mergers and acquisition projects in the real estate, oil & gas, utilities, aviation and financial sectors within the region, leading activities to harmonize core HR processes, understand client requirements and partnering with them to customize and provide solutions to enable achievement of human capital excellence.
She has over 22 years of post-graduate experience in diverse areas within Human Capital management, primarily in work measurement and talent management.
Prior to joining the firm, she has worked for MAS Holdings, the largest apparel and textile manufacturer in South Asia, head quartered in Sri Lanka, with 53 manufacturing facilities placed across 16 countries across the globe and over, leading the design and implementation of core HC management frameworks, policies and processes and driving the development and sustenance of a performance management culture in the organizations.
She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a specialty in Marketing & Management and a post graduate diploma in International Business from Edith Cowan University, Australia. She is also a certified trainer in the “KornFerry” methodology of job analysis, job family modelling and job evaluations while being accredited on conducting behavioural event interviews.
