Lampros Lamprou is a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s Greece office.

Lampros has 16 years consulting experience and is currently leading the advisory operations of Korn Ferry in South Eastern Europe covering Greece, Cyprus, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria and Albania.

He has significant experience in designing and implementing projects that focus to improve organizational effectiveness and typically include organization design and re-structuring, job design, reward strategy, performance management, variable pay & sales effectiveness. He has supported many clients in financial services, real estate & hospitality, manufacturing, shipping and retail sectors.

Lampros is a key member of Korn Ferry global reward strategy and variable pay network having designed and implemented numerous assignments in South East Europe (Greece, Cyprus, Serbia, Croatia), Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia) and Western Europe (Belgium, UK, Spain, Germany).

Lampros holds a BSc in Engineering  from University College in London, UK and an MSc in International Management from King’s College in London, UK.

He has directed multi-year culture transformation projects with leading industrial and services companies that included organization structure, rewards, succession planning, engagement, performance management and leadership development which has lead to a total shift from paternalistic to performance oriented culture.

Lampros has led a multi-disciplinary project in one of the commercial banks in Cyprus, including organizational design, branch and workforce transformation and union negotiations.

He has been working to support the set-up of a large real estate company including job design, short and long-term incentives and performance management.

Lampros has led numerous sales effectiveness including sales role definition, sales analytics, target setting, sales incentives, sales job model and performance monitoring in South and Central Eastern Europe. One included the design and implementation of an innovative target setting methodology for a large sales force of over 1000 sales representatives with excellent feedback from sales management.
