Laura de Pers
Before joining consulting in 2017, Ms de Pers was responsible for and now consults all industries on implementing Functional and Leadership Development, Talent Selection and Management, Diagnostics, Rewards and Job evaluation in international business units. That contains global Performance/Management Review processes, Succession Planning, designs and implementation of Development and Assessment Centers and advising on development measurements, including HR qualification.
She additionally has profound experiences with global Change and Transformation Processes in the energy sector (centralization / merger / spin-off of business areas, or implementation of a new HR model).
When it comes to project management, Ms de Pers knows to apply strategic stakeholder management and communication as key success factors. In times of cultural change, or integration of very different business parts she provides customer-focused solutions.
Ms de Pers started her career within recruitment for an international IT company in England, before she entered the energy sector.
She holds a MSc in Human Resources Management; and a B.A. in Occupational Psychology and Communication Sciences.
Before her studies she successfully completed an apprenticeship in a private bank in Frankfurt.
Ms de Pers is a native German, speaks fluent English as well as modest Spanish and Italian.
