Leann works with clients, leveraging her HR strategy experience to help think through their options and solve Human Capital problems by knowing her network of talent, their skills and career passions.
She matches senior-level HR consultants with clients to fill critical talent gaps for interim and project needs. She serves as a resourceful connection to those companies looking for a “borrow” partner in their workforce planning efforts.
Leann joined Korn Ferry after working over 25 years in Human Resources, driving change within internal HR departments for half her career and working in consulting for the other half with leading advisory and HR technology companies.
She graduated with a BA from UCLA in Spanish and Linguistics, is currently certified by HRCI with a Senior Professional in HR, a California and Global certification. She is also certified by SHRM as a Senior Certified Professional, has a six-sigma green belt and been credentialed as a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional. She is a current member of SHRM and has been on the board of NTXSHRM, and a member of Mensa.
