In this role, she is responsible for leading search engagements with expertise in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Audit, and Tax disciplines across all industry verticals. Leila partners with clients, from Fortune 50 companies to start-ups, to deliver transcendent and impactful talent needed to help companies achieve their goals. She remains dedicated to excellence and committed to the high standards at Lucas Group while managing the often challenging demands for talent in our fast paced business environment.

Before transitioning to Lucas Group in 2021, Leila spent the last 3 years recruiting within human resources at a leading advisory firm in the Dallas-Forth Worth market. She prides herself on cultivating meaningful business relationships with candidates and clients from all industries and walks of life.

Outside of work Leila spends her time with animal shelters and raising funds for the Liver Foundation.
