As a member of Korn Ferry’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practice, Lina’s role is to develop and manage effective client relationships while delivering on high quality engagements.

Lina has strong experience in research, policy development and engagement management. She brings a gender equity, race equity and intersectionality lens to her work. 

Lina has a track record of providing evidenced-based research and recommendations to inform organizational excellence and strategic decision-making. Lina’s experience spans across a broad range of industries including financial, technology, healthcare,  professional services, public, retail and consumer goods.

With 10 years of experience in the social justice space, delivering policies and programs for government, non-profit and community-based organizations, Lina brings a unique perspective to Korn Ferry’s growing DE&I practice. Lina is an experienced presenter and facilitator, and her career experiences are driven by her pursuit for a healthier, sustainable, and socially just future.

Lina holds a Master’s degree from the School of Policy Studies at Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Arts from York University. She currently serves on the Board of the Canadian Research Institute for the Advancement of Women and speaks English, French and Arabic.
