She began her career with Lucas Group over 25 years ago, focusing on candidates transitioning from the military. She works across several sectors in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology.

Lisa is a former Captain in the Marine Corps where she served as a Logistics Officer and General’s Aide, serving Marine Corps Air Wing at 3rd MAW in El Toro, CA. She graduated summa cum laude from UC Davis in Northern CA with her bachelor’s degree in English Literature.
