As a trusted consultant and advisor in the Digital COE at Korn Ferry, Lisa supports digital transformational initiatives for her clients from digital experiences, services, content, marketplaces, service platforms, transactional commerce, omnichannel retail and digital analytics.
Lisa has pioneered the digital search space going back to 2005, she brings a deep understanding of digital industries, strategies, tactics, platforms and top digital talent in the marketplace specifically creative, UX, product management, digital analytics, digital marketing and content. She uniquely understands her client’s digital endeavors and the investment behind it to ensure ROI.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Lisa has successfully led global strategic account teams for leading recruitment firms to deliver top talent while supporting their investments in digital. Lisa was also hired to support the Ralph Lauren global talent acquisition team to lead their hiring for their in-house ecommerce platform implementation while also leading the in-sourcing of their photo studios around the world.
Lisa graduated from Rollins College and completed a 2 -year executive education program in Marketing at Georgetown University. Lisa launched a podcast, “Content is Your Business”.
