Lisa supports digital transformational initiatives for her clients from digital experiences, services, content creation, marketplaces, service platforms, transactional commerce, omnichannel retail and data science and analytics.
Lisa has pioneered the digital search since 2005 and brings a deep understanding of digital across industries from consumer, retail, technology, finance, healthcare, agriculture and industrial.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Lisa has successfully led global strategic account teams for leading recruitment firms 24 Seven and Aquent to deliver top talent for her clients while supporting their investments across digital. Accounts included Amazon, Ralph Lauren, Kering, WPP, IPG, Verizon, DirecTV, Comcast, Bank of America, Pepsi Innovation, Nestle, AARP and Federal. Lisa was also the Director, Talent Acquisition at Ralph Lauren to lead their hiring of 180 digital and technology roles for their in-house ecommerce platform (SAP/Hybris) implementation while also leading the in-sourcing of their photo studios around the world from RR Donnelly.
Lisa launched a podcast in partnership with Penske Media- Fairchild Media Senior Vice President Edward Hertzman and Professor at FIT, Dalia Strum, “Content is Your Business”. Hosting global branded in-house content studios from Conde Nast, CNN- Courageous, Bloomberg, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Atlantic, VICE, Milk Studios, Google, You Tube and The News Stand.
Lisa graduated from Rollins College and completed a 2 -year executive education program in Marketing at Georgetown University. Lisa recently completed an online executive program from Wharton Penn in AI for Non- Data Scientist.
