Lisa Chambers is a member of Korn Ferry’s consulting practice and focuses on retail and consumer product goods clients. Ms. Chambers brings insights and solutions to solve clients’ complex challenges, supporting their leadership development plans through assessments, training and coaching.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Chambers spent 5+ years at Deloitte as a Client Relationship Executive, leading relationships and sales strategies for one of their largest retail accounts. During her tenure, they opened new revenue streams on the account, increasing sales by 20% annually.
Ms. Chambers also spent several years at Gartner as a Client Director leading a global retail account where she grew revenues 200%. Having spent 15+ years in sales and client leadership roles, Ms. Chambers partners with senior executives as an advisor and SME as they build their teams. Helping leaders build their strategies, talent and execution plans, Ms. Chambers focuses on her clients’ success.
Lisa has received recognition for her ability to lead opportunities through a sales cycle, architecting the winning solution. She has deep expertise in driving sales results, having produced annual sales revenues exceeding $30M. By embedding herself in her clients’ business, she understands their key priorities and helps bring solutions to problems.
She has also received recognition for her ability to build trust-based C-Level relationships as a strategic advisor for her clients, bringing insights as a value-added partner.
Lisa earned her B.S. in Public Relations and B.A. in Spanish from John Brown University, where she also played volleyball. She has recently begun competing in volleyball again, playing in local adult leagues and tournaments and traveling for a few tournaments each year. When she’s not working, training or competing, she’s with her husband and three children, often at Disney or on the beach.
