Liv has more than 20 years of experience in the executive search industry as a CEO and as a Regional Manager. In 2011, she co-founded the headhunting firm Wes, specialized in inclusive recruitment with the vision to improve diversity and the share of female leaders within the business world. Wes quickly became the fastest growing headhunting firm in Sweden, recruiting female leaders to large multinationals as well as fast-growing tech companies in various industries, breaking norms and challenging a traditional industry. In addition, Liv's client base consists of both large international listed companies, mid-sized business start-ups and family-offices. Liv is both a trusted recruiter and advisor to numerous CEO´S, boards and business leaders not least in matters relating to DE&I.

Over the years, Liv has built up a strong track record improving diversity and the share of female leaders, with a strong focus on managerial positions, C-suite in private equity and venture capital firms as well as board assignments, HR-DD´s and leadership coaching, working at various local and international executive search companies.

Additionally, Liv has worked in the finance industry, where she held various leadership positions such as Marketing Manager Nordics for GE Capital.

She is the Chairman of the Nomination Committee of Storskogen Group, a Swedish listed company.

Liv holds a degree in Behavioral Science from the Stockholm University´s Department of Criminology. She also studied at Tel Aviv University and Berghs School of Communication. She is certified in OPQ and MQ via SHL, as well as Decision Dynamics.

She is fluent in Swedish and English.
