Liz-Ann is a part of the Leadership & Professional Development Practice. It is her passion to enable leaders to continually work on becoming better versions of themselves so that they can allow others to thrive and, in the process, build intentional organisations. 

She has worked in leadership development and DE&I for over 15 years and prior to that, worked in financial service firms for nearly 10 years. She also has significant experience in designing executive learning journeys, strategic planning, operational improvement, and organisational transformation. As an executive coach and facilitator, she has worked with clients in the oil, technology, education, and financial services sector. A lifelong learner, curious and driven to help others do their best work, bringing all of themselves to whatever they choose to do in their professional lives. There are never easy answers, only commitment, experimentation, and the willingness to sometimes get it wrong but to learn and keep seeking change.

She has a strong capacity to relate to her clients and colleagues, achieving results by understanding, influencing, and coaching. She has an International MBA from the then University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from Yale University.

She has also earned an Intermediate Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaches, and has completed NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner level training and courses in Level A and B occupational psychometric testing. She is also fully accredited in delivering feedback to individuals and teams on their BELBIN© team profiles.

She was born in Jamaica, grew up in the USA, where she did all of her formal education, but also lived in the Netherlands for 2.5 years. She has now live in the UK for nearly 20 years. Her young son is her inspiration when it comes to learning new things, and she loves to cook, sing and travel.
