Principal

Ms. Bammens manages projects through the different aspects and phases starting from the original client question till the implementation of solutions. She works for various clients and sectors, which gives her a broad view on organizations.

Ms. Bammens strives to deliver qualitative and pragmatic solutions tailored to the needs of the client and in line with the culture and strategy of the client’s organization.

Ms. Bammens is part of Korn Ferry’s Assessment & Succession & Leadership Development community of practice. As such, she mainly works on projects that focus on talent strategy and talent management (including competency modelling, assessments and leadership development).

Her passion lies in making the connection between the hard and soft side of HR. She has built expertise in guiding companies through change in terms of best fit organizational and work design, crucial leadership behavior and cultural elements essential for employee engagement.

Lore obtained a Master degree in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Leuven. She obtained certifications in Process Management (by Ideas at Work) and Lean (by ACE – the BNP Paribas Lean & Sig Sigma methodology), coaching and several Korn Ferry assessment tools (ESCI, Styles & Climate, KFLS, KFLP, KF360, …)

Lore is fluent in Dutch and English and has a professional working knowledge of French. As part of Korn Ferry’s Faculty, she delivers some of our Public Certification training programs.
