Lore is passionate about bridging the gap between the tangible and intangible aspects of HR. Her primary focus is on initiatives aimed at talent strategy and talent development, encompassing competency modeling, assessments, potential identification, and leadership development programs. She is also experienced in guiding companies through succession planning with the aid of Korn Ferry’s Talent Review IP. She has led substantial international assessment & leadership development programs across various sectors, including Technology, Financial services, Consumer and Industry. 

Lore is committed to help companies pinpoint the distinctive capabilities required for success now and in the future, closing the gaps in succession planning. Having worked with leaders across various levels, from mid-level to executives, she offers valuable insights into the existing talent within an organization and the most effective strategies for its development.

Her professional journey started as a management trainee at BNP Paribas Fortis, followed by a consulting role within the Lean Management department. She earned a Master degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Leuven and holds certifications in multiple Korn Ferry assessment tools (ESCI, Styles & Climate, KFLS, KFLP, KF360, …), Coaching, Process Management and Lean. Lore is proficient in Dutch and English and has a professional working knowledge of French.
