She builds and maintains genuine relationships to deliver results for her clients and career growth for individual consultants. As a trusted partner, Loren has worked with organizations to form teams and develop products that have increased revenue, revolutionized the customer experience, and literally changed lives.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Loren worked for a mid-sized staffing agency and a boutique firm. She started her career as a recruiter in a brand-new market and was promoted into a lead role before transitioning into business development, and her consulting experience has provided her with a deep understanding of how to attract, hire, and retain talent. Loren enjoys contributing to the culture of organizations, and throughout her career she’s been appointed to committees formed to innovate and improve on processes, tools, and the employee experience.

Loren has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from Texas A&M University. She is a member of the DFW Alliance of Technology & Women, and she is also a volunteer advocate with CASA where she provides support and meaningful connections for children in the child welfare system. She spends her free time hiking and convincing her coworkers and friends to attend trivia nights.
