Loren Rose specializes in Interim and project-based talent solutions within the Technology space. She partners with organizations to build high-performing teams and deliver impactful outcomes across a variety of industries, including healthcare, higher education, retail, hospitality, sports, entertainment, and data centers.

Known for her strategic insight and client-first approach, Loren helps align delivery teams with business objectives, ensuring successful execution for initiatives involving AI, machine learning, data and platform engineering, software development, and digital transformation. Her understanding of market dynamics and emerging tech trends enables her to quickly identify and secure the right talent for complex, fast-moving projects.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Loren held roles at a mid-sized staffing agency and a boutique consulting firm. A decade of experience has provided her with a deep understanding of how to attract, assess, and retain key talent.

Loren enjoys contributing to the culture of organizations, and throughout her career she has been involved with internal innovation efforts and has served on committees focused on improving consultant and client experiences.

Loren holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from Texas A&M University. She is an active member of the DFW Alliance of Technology & Women (DFW ATW) and a volunteer advocate with CASA, where she provides support and meaningful connections for children in the child welfare system. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and convincing her coworkers and friends to attend trivia night.
