As a member of Korn Ferry's Assessment & Succession Team Ms. Moore supports clients with their strategic talent initiatives to assist them in meeting their organizational goals.

With over 18 years of internal and external consulting experience, Ms. Moore has partnered with Senior Executives within FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organizations across many different sectors on a global basis; Pharma, Finance, Insurance, FMCG, Utility, Air-Defence, Automotive, Tech, Industry, Engineering, Manufacturing etc. Her approach is highly strategical ensuring that clients exceed their full potential in meeting their goals. Ms. Moore's focus is as a talent development specialist with core competencies in Executive Assessment and Leadership Development. She assists organizations in making their talent decisions and in enabling their leaders to be their exponential selves.

In addition, she supports organizations across the full Talent Management cycle in alignment with their organizational strategy. Ms. Moore is also a professional executive coach and her approach has core concepts in Energy Leadership.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Moore has worked internally to leading global Talent Management Consultancy groups and externally with Fortune 500 organizations.

Ms. Moore holds a Masters in Organizational Psychology and is an American Psychology Society member and a British Psychology Society member and holds BPS RTQU. Ms. Moore is also certified in Targeted Interviewing along with  certifications in OPQ 32, 16PF5, Wave and ELI in addition to Korn Ferry assessments. Ms. Moore trained with iPEC as a professional executive coach.
