Ms. Dessing helps clients succeed by working together to turn their strategic plans into reality, clarifying the impact of business change on organizations and roles. She has facilitated top teams to increase their effectiveness as team and has worked with the CEO and his/her team, focusing on areas like team purpose, norms of behavior in the team, and meeting objectives.
Ms. Dessing has extensive consulting experience in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. She has been leading the Leadership and Talent practice in Asia.
Ms. Dessing works across most areas of Korn Ferry's expertise and has particular expertise in top team development, leadership development, culture, succession planning, executive assessment, executive coaching, competency modelling and management, performance and talent management, and job design and evaluation.
She has consulted with a wide range of companies. Ms. Dessing is predominantly focused on international clients in the financial, telecom, industry, consumer, and the public sectors. She also has extensive experience with conglomerates and family owned businesses.
Ms. Dessing speaks at conferences and publishes articles on talent and leadership development. She was co-editor of the book Talent Management.
Ms. Dessing has worked for Korn Ferry since 1994. Previously, she completed an internship for the Dutch Employers Association. She holds a masters of science degree in business administration from the Erasmus University, Rotterdam, and also studied at the University of Bath (UK). She attended various courses on leadership development, coaching and competence management. Ms. Dessing is fluent in English and Dutch.
