She possesses a unique combination of  experience in consulting, healthcare human resources,  quality improvement, hospital operations, physician  practice management, and an advanced knowledge  and understanding of culture and change enablement.

Maggie Owens holds a Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Human Resources from Kent State University in  Kent, OH., and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology / Mathematics from Winona State University in Winona, MN. Ms. Owens holds the  following certifications: SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Prosci Change  Practitioner / Train the Trainer, Mindset, OCAI, and a host of assessments.
