Mamta Dhawan is the Leadership Development Solution Head for Middle East & North Africa, based in the firm’s Dubai office. In all she has 16 years experience in corporate HR and consulting.
Ms. Dhawan has designed and delivered several leadership development programs across Middle East, Africa, India and Europe. Her industry expertise spans financial services, healthcare, government, logistics and other diversified businesses.
She is currently leading an assessment and development intervention for one of the largest global logistics company headquartered in UAE. This includes assessment of 100+ senior leaders across the globe and delivering bespoke leadership development journeys aimed at developing a new leadership culture and building capabilities throughout the organization.
Mamta has led the National CEO program and National Public-Private Collaborative Leadership program at the country level for COUNTRY since 2015 until now.
Designed and delivered high potential program and change management initiative for a Japanese multinational pharma/biopharma company and for a multinational pharma company specializing in non-branded generic products founded in Jordan.
She has recently designed and delivered a leadership program to develop successors of the MENA region for one of the largest multinational pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland.
Throughout her leadership assessment & development work with clients, Ms. Dhawan has helped executives gain powerful new insights about their leadership style and potential to gain required organizational alignment and achieve sustainable business results.
Ms. Dhawan holds a Masters degree in Business Management (with specialization in HR) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, India. Previously, she worked for a global HR consulting firm and a large media conglomerate (India) as a HR Business Partner. She is accredited in Behavioural Event Interviewing, Hogan Assessment Suite™, Facet 5, Inventory of Leadership Styles & Organizational Climate, Motives, Values, Talent Q and KFALP (Korn Ferry Assessment for Leadership Potential). She is a Co-Active Professional Coach-in-Training through CTI.
