Manisha is a Principal based in our Singapore office. She helps organisations work effectively by building their capability in managing developing and motivating their people to deliver outstanding results.

Manisha's strength lies in decoding the real issues faced by the clients and then providing long term practical solutions by closely partnering with them.

Manisha has served clients across a wide range of Sectors like FMCG, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Education, Healthcare, Services, Technology, Banking and Financial Services et al with clients across Asia Pacific. She has worked extensively in the area of organisation transformation, performance management, leadership assessment, development and providing developmental feedback and coaching for accelerated growth of individuals. She has also worked in the area of organization effectiveness, developing differentiating competencies, leading transformational journeys for teams and individuals while using workshops and coaching as a means to improve individual and team effectiveness.

Manisha's core expertise is in the area of Organisation effectiveness, Leadership Development and Talent Management. She has worked with clients across a range of industry sectors in operating model re-design, organisation restructuring, performance management, building competency frameworks for effective and outstanding performance, assessment of individuals and teams as well as coaching for their development for clients such as Vodafone, Caterpillar, RBS, Siemens, ANZ, Citi Bank, Cipla, SATS, Bombardier, Akzonobel, Maybank, Hettich, Bank Negara Malaysia, Kraft, Kelloggs, Coutts, British Petroleum, Takeda, Panasonic, Boehringer Ingelhiem, Nestle, J&J, MOE Singapore amongst others.

Manisha is engaged in building internal capability for Behavioural Event Interviews in Asia. She holds accreditation in the Korn Ferry Competency Coding methodology, Behavioral Event Interview technique (BEI) and Job Evaluation methodologies.

She is accredited in using and providing feedback on Hay diagnostic tools like Leadership Styles and Organizational Climate. She is also a master trainer in Korn Ferry's proprietary leadership development programmes such as Making Great Leaders, Emotional and Social Competency Inventory and Leadership Styles and Organization Climate. She is trained in the Top Team effectiveness program and works with the top teams of organizations to enable their effectiveness as a team.

Manisha holds an MBA from Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, specializing in Business and Human Resource Management and a B.Tech.(Hons) in Information Technology. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she has worked with organizations like Infosys Technologies and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.
