He possesses vast experience as a senior executive and as a consultant in the technology and financial service industries. He has conducted and managed several projects and operations at companies such as IBM, Capgemini and BRQ Digital Solutions, where he provided services for a variety of clients. During his time at these companies, he led large business units and focused on the personal development of his team to create a high-performance environment.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he had the opportunity to help clients find senior executives that could make an impact within a large company, with tasks such as; executing extensive restructuring processes, turning around complex situations and aiding in the growth of their respective companies.

Márcio has a Computer Science Degree and an MBA with emphasis on Marketing from PUC/RJ and an MBA in Strategic Planning Management and Corporate Governance at George Washington University, USA.
