Mariana brings over five years of professional experience at Korn Ferry, bringing the best talent to executive positions required by both local and international clients through a solid understanding of companies’ values and cultures.

Through her experience within Executive Search processes (2018-2023) in a broad range of industries, she has gained a comprehensive understanding on organizational cultures, team dynamics and individual motivations. 

From 2020 to 2021 she engaged as Facing Recruiter in RPO business unit, where she was able to build and develop a proactive approach to attract diverse talent and ensure equitable hiring practices according to the client’s  diversity and inclusion values.

Mariana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana and participated in an exchange program to work hand-in-hand with disadvantaged migrants at the Mexican Consulate in New York. She is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
