Ms. Van Tol worked in the field for over 15 years and has been working with many organizations in benefit redesign projects, harmonization projects and internal reorganizations.
She helps organizations design and implement reward and benefit programs that support their strategy. This is done with a data driven approach (both in the interest of employers and employees) that supports impact full decision making.
Ms. Van Tol areas of expertise include: design of reward and benefit schemes, change management, works councils and unions, data analytics, implementation and communication of reward policy, pension and other benefits.
Ms. Van Tol has worked for Korn Ferry Korn Ferry for more than 20 years. She always worked in the reward space but in different roles; she worked in reward services and data, pension and benefits and the last years mainly as a reward change consultant.
Ms. Van Tol holds a master's degree in Econometrics from the Vrije Universiteit (Amsterdam, The Netherlands).
