Ms. Marcus’s consulting experience includes training and coaching all levels of sales, marketing, and leaders. Her professional history includes partnership in a boutique training company, where she developed training curriculum, consulted with and coached executives, and designed and facilitated programs for both leaders and individual contributors.
Ms. Marcus provides consulting to a broad range of clients in areas ranging from leadership development, executive coaching, facilitation of top team sessions. She also provides programs for vital leaders and individual contributors, diversity and inclusion, assessment and feedback sessions, mentoring, onboarding, career paths, and organizational climate assessments.
Ms. Marcus’s experience spans across a broad range of industries including professional services, banking, technology, home building, software, information service, automotive, consumer, financial, education, and pharmaceuticals sectors.
Ms. Marcus holds a bachelor of science degree in experimental psychology from Tufts University.
Previously, Ms. Marcus worked in the marketing research industry and consulted with clients on their marketing and sales challenges, while managing client relationships and client delivery teams.
