With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Ms. Marcus also is a subject matter expert on diversity and inclusion and serves as the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Portfolio Manager. Through skillful facilitation, Marji is able to create an environment in which participants are able to explore challenging topics and gain new understanding and insight. Ms. Marcus has a passion for accelerating the development and engagement of all talent.
Ms. Marcus’s consulting experience includes training and coaching all levels of sales, marketing, and leaders. Her professional history includes partnership in a boutique training company, where she developed training curriculum, consulted with and coached executives, and designed and facilitated programs for both leaders and individual contributors.
Ms. Marcus provides consulting to a broad range of clients in areas ranging from leadership development, executive coaching, facilitation of top team sessions. She also provides programs for leaders and individual contributors, diversity and inclusion, assessment and feedback sessions, mentoring, onboarding, career paths, and organizational climate assessments.
Ms. Marcus’s experience spans across a broad range of industries including professional services, banking, technology, home building, software, information service, automotive, consumer, insurance, financial, education, and pharmaceuticals sectors.
Ms. Marcus holds a bachelor of science degree in experimental psychology from Tufts University.
Previously, Ms. Marcus worked in the marketing research industry and consulted with clients and their ad agencies on their marketing and sales challenges, while managing client relationships and client delivery teams.
