Marta brings a unique perspective on client service from her consulting days as well as a passion for recruiting and candidate experience. She enjoys finding creative solutions for clients, thinking outside the box and solving business challenges big and small.

Before joining Salo’s business development team in 2016, Marta started her career at Deloitte & Touche in their Audit & Assurance practice where she was heavily focused on manufacturing clients. She then moved into litigation consulting and then held a variety of internal accounting roles in the retail and insurance industries.

Marta is a graduate of The University of Illinois- Urbana Champaign where she holds a degree in accounting and minor in Italian. She is an Illinois registered CPA.

When not serving her clients, recruiting consultants, or supporting her incredible team, Marta enjoys spending her time with her husband and 3 very busy kids at her home in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. She also likes to cook and entertain, travel and do a lot of yoga.
