Marte recently joined Korn Ferry from a position as DE&I and HR responsible with another leading international consultancy company and is an oft-cited authority on the topic in the Nordic market. Marte`s business, broad HR and talent background enables her to link and anchor DE&I initiatives with a broader business and people agenda.
Marte has designed and implemented countless DE&I initiatives to enable businesses to deliver on their DE&I needs and has driven Culture, Talent and Leadership Development initiatives to enable companies to be effective in a changing, more diverse context.
Marte is now a senior member of Korn Ferry`s global Organizational and Talent Strategy practice, a practice which is fast growing and drives large scale cultural transformation and top team development initiatives for a range of the world`s leading companies.
Marte is a passionate thought leader who has written several articles about DE&I topics in the Nordic countries, as well as giving key note talks and podcasts.
In addition, she is an active member of the LGBTQ+ community in the Nordics and works to improve LGBTQ+ rights worldwide. She has also devoted much time to improve the lives of marginalized groups such as prostitutes.
Marte has a diverse educational background, with minors in psychology and linguistics, a bachelor`s in innovation, creativity and business development, as well as a master`s degree in human resources management. She has been a project manager and leader in both public and private sectors and is passionate about driving real change for the better of the individual, the business and society.
