Ms. McCarthy has a successful track record in helping senior leaders and their teams run, grow and transform their businesses. She has a unique ability to unite the personal aspects of leadership with an organization’s strategy and structure.

Ms. McCarthy brings expertise in corporate strategy, top team performance, business transformation, change management, leadership development, assessments, and talent management. She has worked across a wide range of industries and organizations in the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. McCarthy worked in the global headquarters of a Fortune 200 company where she advised the senior executive team on organic and M&A growth strategies and the firm’s operating model. Over the course of her career, Ms. McCarthy has led major business transformation initiatives for multiple Fortune 500 companies and coached senior leaders to greater success and influence in high stakes roles.

Ms. McCarthy earned her M.B.A. from The University of Notre Dame, cum laude and her B.S. in Economics from Marquette University. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and a member of the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches. She is a coach with The Honor Foundation, helping special forces U.S. military members transition to the workforce.
