Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he has had 20+ years of extensive experience with business consulting and people advisory firms, such as Accenture, EY, Deloitte, and Mercer.

He has a wide range of knowledge and experience in the HR consulting field, including talent management, HR operating model development, BPR, M&A and sales methodology (Miller Heiman’s certified user). 

He also has rich experience of digital transformation (DX) related projects, mainly for insurance companies, and maintains good relationships with the solution venders such as AWS, SFDC, SAP and Workday.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Waseda University.
