In his previous role at Korn Ferry, Mattia was Director of Strategy Execution for the EMEA region, working with the leadership team to define the regional strategy and to implement strategic initiatives.
Prior to that he led the delivery of Board assessments across EMEA.
Mattia is a former investment banker specialising in cross-border M&A. Prior to Korn Ferry, he led the Business Intelligence teams of two digital ventures in the Berlin start-up scene.
Mattia’s expertise spans strategy analysis, organisational design and workforce planning to business intelligence/analytics, financial analysis and M&A.
Mattia holds a BA (with Hons) in International Business from the European School of Economics and an MBA from Cambridge University, Judge Business School. He is a member of the Alumni Council at Cambridge.
Mattia holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Mattia is fluent in English and Italian.
