Senior Consultant
Meaghan Kupsc is a Senior Consultant in Korn Ferry’s Advisory practice, based in the firm’s Boston office.
Specializing in Assessment & Succession, Meaghan leads leadership assessments for selection and development purposes. Through this assessment work, Meaghan provides clients with meaningful insight to aide in their selection and succession decisions, while helping participants gain deep insight on their strengths and areas of development via impactful feedback. She is also highly skilled in utilizing assessment data to create talent insights that help organizations make decisions regarding selection and development for individuals and groups.
Meaghan also has a depth of experience partnering with clients to create custom success profiles that reflect individual and organizational needs. These profiles help ensure that clients are focusing on the right leadership dimensions as they endeavor to answer the questions: “What talent do we need?”, “What talent do we have?”, and “How do we close the gap?”.
When partnering on client teams, Meaghan effectively leverages her previous project management experience to ensure that project teams are focused and planful, and she has the ability to raise challenging questions or topics while still building effective client partnerships.
Meaghan has partnered with clients in the Financial Services, Life Sciences, Industrial, and Consumer industries.
Meaghan has held multiple roles at Korn Ferry since joining the firm in 2013. Before becoming a talent advisor and Senior Consultant, she was a Project Manager specializing in Assessment & Succession. Prior to that, she was Manager, Business Operations supporting the North American Assessment & Succession practice. Meaghan started her career at Korn Ferry as a Territory Sales Coordinator, focusing on business development and contract renewals.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Meaghan was Event Coordinator at a digital media education company, producing live virtual events for healthcare professionals, clinicians and patients.
Meaghan earned her master’s degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts – Boston and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Mary Washington.
