Throughout her career, she has developed her expertise through different types of HR projects focusing not only on strategic HR - alignment and implication analysis of corporate strategy to people and HR strategy, large scale transformation and organizational change program -- but also talent management, broad range of initiatives of assisting client in attracting, retaining, and developing their best people as their most important and critical assets.
Ms. Soentoro has robust understanding on different human capital needs and best practice talent management implementation in different type of industries including O&G, Plantation, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Telecommunication, and Banking.
Ms. Soentoro has been involved in a broad range of HR consulting projects including people strategy formulation, organization structure design, performance management, remuneration design, and strategic workforce planning (SWP). She is also one of the key members leading the HR transformation initiatives for some of the biggest SOEs in Indonesia.
Her other experience also includes Health Consulting, where she is a subject matter expert in flexible benefits design and healthcare analytics.
Outside Indonesia, she has experience in conducting consulting services in designing and executing value based performance measurement, value based operational analysis, and EVA (Economic Value Added) based remuneration system in different countries including Malaysia, Singapore, China, South and West Africa.
Ms. Soentoro holds a double degree Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Applied Technology from Curtin University and University of Bina Nusantara International.
