Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Melissa started her career in this industry working for a boutique Staffing Firm specializing in Finance and Accounting talent within the DFW market.

Melissa graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Business Management. She also attended Louisiana State University-Shreveport where she graduated with her Masters Business Administration.
