Global Client Solutions Director

Merissa Yeow is a Client Solutions Director for Korn Ferry's Solutions business across Asia based in Hong Kong.

In her role, Ms Yeow is responsible for leading and delivering RPO and project solutions, including solution design, project implementation, service delivery, technology implementation and account management.

Ms. Yeow has been with Korn Ferry for sixteen years, working in the Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore offices. She has worked with a variety of clients within the Banking & Finance, Telecommunications, Consumer Electronics, Retail, Resources & Mining and Global Procurement sectors.

From 2011, Ms. Yeow has led the Apple Retail Solution for Asia. She is responsible for account management, operational leadership, service delivery leading a delivery team of between 5-45 based in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea and Japan.

Additionally, she leads a portfolio of RPO and other projects across Greater China and the Middle East.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Yeow has worked with multiple clients, leading a broad range of projects including: consultancy project with a leading financial services institution to undertake a comprehensive review and rationalisation of their agency partners, developing an agency management SOP and framework; implementation of an onsite solution in Hong Kong for a leading global brokerage firm a as part of an enterprise wide global RPO; APAC implementation and deployment of Jobs2web and Avature within Korn Ferry; and the implementation and delivery of a China and India project with the procurement arm of a global retailer

Ms. Yeow has successfully completed the Planning and Managing Projects training course delivered by IPS and recognised by the Project Management Institute.
