Having built teams for some of the world’s leading brands as well as some of the country’s smallest startups, Michael Jenness understands how valuable the right hire is to a company. 

He uses his experience to help his clients grow their businesses through strategic hires while also elevating his candidates’ careers.

Michael focuses on Digital, Marketing and Sales Transformation. Sourcing leading talent for a wide range of mid-tier to Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the consumer product goods space.  An expert in the organic and natural channels, he has a passion for anything and everything healthy. Driven and passionate about emerging and disruptive brands, he partners with his clients and candidates and builds strong connections in order to provide strategic, consultative advice and guidance throughout the process.

Michael cut his teeth early in eCommerce, working with Amazon in electronics. Recognizing the ingenuity that Amazon had, Michael eventually handled all of eCommerce in both domestic and international business channels, growing it to the most important footprint along with hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. He parlayed that experience into consumables as the director of eCommerce at The Coca-Cola Company, where he continued to build and lead teams from the ground up.

Later, Michael started an organic juice company and hired and retained top talent to drive his business forward while continuing to do consulting work for venture and emerging brands entering or scaling in the eCommerce channel. His extensive background in building teams that build a brand or business is a strong foundation for his continued success in executive search.

Away from the office, Michael would typically say his hobbies include water skiing, running and cars, but for now his favorite pastime is being Dad to his two small children, growing organic food in his urban garden while living in the city with his wife, Cindy.
