Mr. Morcos has more than 20 years of experience in international board governance, management consulting and executive search. 15 years of which have been spent in the GCC

He has expertise on key issues such as board assessment and alignment, leadership development, leadership assessment and top team effectiveness and executive search.

Mr. Morcos l has conducted in excess of 15 board effectiveness reviews for companies in the GCC over the past two years.

Mr. Morcos acts as lead faculty on programs for Developing Board Directors, and has trained more than 150 Directors in the GCC

Mr. Morcos’ clients include ruling families, governments, government holdings, industrial conglomerates, financial institutions, major global consulting and private equity firms.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2021, Mr. Morcos was the Managing Partner for a global search firm in MENA and the APAC-ME Regional Managing Partner for the Board & CEO practice.

He is fluent in both Arabic and English.

Michael hold a Masters in Aerospace Engineering from Stanford University. He studied Aeronautical Engineering at Imperial College and is a chartered Engineer by the City and Guilds. Michael was a Governor of the GCC Board of Directors Institute for 8 years 2012- 2020. He is an Honorary Fellow of the UK Institute of Directors (UK IoD)
