Mr. Spadaro brings a breadth of knowledge to the public sector pension industry using his unique perspectives.  His desire to maintain sustainable and equitable pension plans is unmatched as well as his commitment to delivering solutions based on his client's needs.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Spadaro was an Actuary at boutique pension consulting firm working with public sector pension plans primarily in Maryland.  His consulting role on a diverse set of plans has provided him the opportunity to fine tune his skill set and expertise to influence the solutions he provided today.

Mr. Spadaro received his BS (Applied Mathematics and Statistics) degree from Johns Hopkins University.  He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
