Based in Texas, Michael has more than 25 years of talent management and recruitment experience working in both corporate and search firm roles. He joined Korn Ferry again in May 2018 after running his own boutique search firm for seven years executing engagements for IT, Energy, Telecommunications and Technical Sales related corporations.
Previous search experience ranges from Oil & Gas to Federal Agencies to Computer and Electronics Manufacturing corporations. His first talent acquisition related position was as a technical recruiter with Compaq Computers in Houston.
His interests include hiking, fishing, Odyssey of the Mind, Boy Scouts and woodworking.
Mr. Moore has a Bachelor of Art in European History and Business from Stephen F Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas and serves on the Houston Region and Texas State Board of Directors for Texas Odyssey of the Mind. He also volunteers at several Texas universities helping college students write resumes and preparing them the interview process.
