Michelle Culp is currently the National Director, Healthcare IT practice where she leads a team of high performing recruiters & business development managers focused on HIT and HC Revenue Cycle firms and talent.

Prior to joining The Lucas Group, A Korn Ferry Company, Michelle worked at AMN Healthcare as Vice President, Strategic Accounts for 2 years. Michelle had leadership and oversight of the largest Strategic Accounts team on the West Coast. The Strategic Accounts team provided a full healthcare suite of solutions to AMN's West Coast clients to include travel nursing, per-diem nursing, locums, allied health, interim leadership, search, mid-revenue cycle and analytical software solutions.

Michelle worked with Ciox Health as SVP. Ciox is a Release of Information outsource provider. As SVP, she managed the Client success and Enterprise sales teams who focused on client satisfaction, new bookings, and revenue growth and software conversions for the US West Region.

Michelle worked as the West Region SVP with Hays, a global recruiting firm, where she expanded operations by opening a start-up in Denver, CO. Over the 3+ gears, Michelle developed and led sales and delivery teams focused on growing recruitment practices in the IT space. She had direct responsibility for the Denver, Chicago and Dallas markets and increased GP by over 46% year over year. During her tenure, she was awarded the Chairman's Award (2017) as well as a Club Trip Award (2018).

Prior to that, Michelle spent more than 11 years as Group Vice President at Kforce Healthcare, Inc./Himagine Solutions. During her tenure, she trained and developed a new team to focus on Health Information Management staffing, special projects, consulting, and education and outsourced service offerings to include recruiting solutions for acute care facilities and large physician practices. She also assisted her clients in the transition to ICD-10 and developing solutions for the many changes occurring within the EMR/EHR technology space.
