Managing Consultant, North American Financial Services
Mike serves as a Managing Consultant to the North American Financial Services team where he supports clients in banking, real estate, capital markets, insurance and investment management. He is based out of Dallas, Texas and brings 25 years of retained search experience to Korn Ferry’s Professional Search Practice.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mike successfully built and led the internal executive recruitment function for 3 different multi-billion-dollar organizations across financial service and healthcare industries. He began his career with Management Recruiters and subsequently owned a boutique, retained search firm for nine years.
Mike’s unique blend of experience serving as an outside consultant and leading internal talent acquisition teams enhances his ability to see the needs of clients from their perspective while also bringing market conditions and advice when managing critical searches.
He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. He is an Aon Hewitt ADEPT-15 certified coach, DDI Facilitator and graduate of the RBL Leadership Academy.
