An alumna of major consultancies, Molly’s experience has focused on talent and organization advisory for large- and medium-sized companies. She is specialized in Organization Design and Analytics, with equal focus on lean operating model design for companies with cost optimization needs and on strategic integration of newly acquired businesses for growth-focused diversified organizations.
Her broad expertise also includes redesigning teams for high performance at executive through N-3 levels, potential-driven competency design and architecture, full lifecycle talent strategy planning, talent acquisition automation and service redesign, performance management redesign, and culture shaping.
Molly prides herself on partnering with clients to drive lasting transformation with measurable business performance outcomes. She has worked across industries, with a special focus on Technology, Healthcare, and Consumer verticals.
Molly is a graduate of Columbia University, with an M.A. in Organizational Psychology, and Boston College, with a B.A. in Political Science.
