Principal
Morgan is a Principal for Korn Ferry based in the Organizational Strategy practice. He puts particular focus on ensuring solutions to people challenges are aligned to broader business strategy.
Morgan’s expertise is in developing job architectures and career frameworks to promote the attraction, retention, motivation, and development of top talent. He also has an extensive background analyzing Board and executive compensation, designing salary structures, and evaluating annual and long-term incentive plans.
Morgan’s approach is service-oriented, always rooted in intentionally listening to his clients’ needs coupled by a convicted determination to solve them thoughtfully and effectively. He has worked with private-held, not-for-profit, and publicly-traded clients in a variety of life cycle stages to deliver strategic, yet practical solutions.
Morgan’s diverse background of experiences includes 8+ years at a leading global HR consulting firm, teaching as a high school algebra teacher, and serving as an Infantry Reconnaissance Scout Team Leader with the Georgia Army National Guard.
Morgan delivers an expertise that organizations across industries deeply trust, including for clients in manufacturing, health care, retail, and banking. He also has a deep level of expertise working with several investor-owned water, gas, and electric utilities, public powers, and electric cooperatives.
Morgan holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Emory University and Bachelors’ degrees in Finance and Accounting from Valdosta State University. He has also been recognized by World@Work as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
