Nabeel has worked for oil & gas and logistics companies where he spent several year as a financial analyst. His passion for accounting and problem solving led to a career in recruiting.

Nabeel joined Lucas Group in 2021 as an Executive Search Consultant in the Accounting & Finance practice group. With a focus on the Houston metro area, Nabeel sources leading Accounting & Finance talent for mid-sized to Fortune 500 corporations throughout the region. Thorough and enthusiastic, he is highly concerned about the customer experience for both her candidates and clients and ensures a seamless process from start to finish.

Nabeel holds a B.S. in Accounting from  University of Houston. An avid sports fan who supports all his local teams. He enjoys cooking and reading in his leisure time.
