Ms Mongia is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s London office and a key member of the Global Life Sciences practice. 

With nearly a decade of experience at the firm, she has worked extensively across the Life Sciences sector, supporting large pharmaceutical, biotech, and health tech companies in attracting senior-level talent and building organizational capabilities. Her work spans diverse functions, including R&D, commercial, business development, market access, and regulatory & medical affairs.

Ms Mongia is particularly experienced in partnering with early-stage health tech companies and has successfully navigated various C-level positions critical for scaling innovation and growth. She brings a unique understanding of the convergence of large pharma, biotech, and health tech, where AI serves as a critical enabler of innovation and collaboration. 

She recognizes the transformative role AI plays in areas such as drug discovery, precision medicine, and remote care, and is adept at identifying emerging talent and organizational requirements in this evolving landscape. Moreover, she possesses deep expertise in assessing the technical and leadership capabilities, as well as the cultural nuances, critical for thriving in this emerging environment.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Ms Mongia was an Associate in a strategy consulting boutique in London. 

Ms Mongia has lived and worked in diverse international settings, including India, Austria, China, and the UK. She is fluent in English, German, Hindi and Punjabi. She holds a BSc degree in Business, Economics and Social Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria.
