Having been fortunate to work internationally, in country, remotely, and as a foreign resident; and across a full range of business functions including HR, Strategy, Operations, Marketing & Sales, Neil enjoys bringing an outside in mentality towards transformation. 

Skilled in design led, integrative thinking and an expert strategist, Neil revels in the challenge of solving an organizations most well understood pain points.

Always seeking to balance operational need with a human centred approach.  Technology has been at the heart of all his work.

A certified organizational development and executive coach and an NLP practitioner. Neil has studied at Harvard Business School in Service & Experience Design.

British, by birth, but living in the US for the last 15 years, Neil resides in the Chicago area with his Wife and two adult children. 

Outside of his career Neil loves to coach and mentor youth and sits on the board of a charity focused on providing learning experiences for impoverished children in Uganda.

Neil is also a mentor to start up founders as part of his work with the Venture Mentoring Team.
